  Married: Jean d'Ospital, son of the borde of Ausquierena of Hayra and Marie daughter of the borde of Oxagarategaray in the Aldudes. They recieved a dispensation from the bishop in Bayonne because they were related. Witnesses were Christophe d'Ausquierena, uncle of the groom, Jean d'Ospital brother of the groom, Jean d'Etchechury owner of Chanjorena in Hayra and Jean d'Ausquierena, uncle of the groom.
